back home again. having nights out.came home to wash my car. gonna do it in a 2 hrs time. then maybe meet the rest for supper.its a boring day. decided to stop working out for the next 10 days.something's wrong with the right shoulder again.got this stupid sharp pain and this bone rubbing noise.i think i know what it is. dun wana see the doc though.letting it heal on its own. shall see how again after these 10 days.
