i don't understand some people really.they like to put others down, be a wet blanket and all.what, inferiority complex? thats why they have to keep finding ways to comfort themselves?by saying things that make others seem below them?i dunno, cant be bothered to entertain that kinda stuff.i have better things to do, like work,and there are better people around, like the one up there.things that mattter the least, if only they dont exist.--

went jogging with jason and xiao de on wed night.then gym. jason couldn't catch up, i can still do a minimum of 1.5km, run.lost quite some stamina of cause. and so, i'll be taking part in whatever runs the unit has every week.needa rebuild my stamina.xiao de needs to pass his IPPT, so yeah, we were training with him.------and woots, our stuffs came in.my two rings and her star stud naval barbell.this one's good. good for business. lol.
