lol, bought my berms, formal belt and collected my sunglasses today.total cost? 930 bucks. yes, thats right, for the three damn items.the pair of berms, just a piece of cloth, made in china, 109 bucks.its from BI thats why. its freaking comfortable. too comfortable in fact.feels like i ain't wearing any pants lol.belt's cheap, 49 bucks, from FX Creations.sunglasses are really cool, look really cool, feels really cool lol.cool factor, i give it full pts.alright, now i am left with the shirt and the work out items.these can all wait. buy them over a period of a few weeks or months.have already increased my training tempo.not sure if i can maintain it though. NS has a different schedule for me.my arm muscles are a little tense right now. the result of 4 days in a row training. dun feel the strain though, strange.tried increasing the reps, still cant feel any strain.guess thats gd though. maybe i needa do heavier weights already?no idea, shall ask the pro when i get back to bunk.
