okie, two weeks of slacking really takes away alot.8kg feels like 10kg or more. 5kg is still fine.30 high angle push ups was nothing hahah, was.arms shake a little around 18 now. maybe cause i just had breakfast 30 mins ago?pretty afraid for my run time now. 2.4km what, heehee 10min 30secs? i think that would be considered ok for a one month one week break.gonna resume some exercises with the dumb bells.light ones. can feel that cold rush running up and down already.it says, weak weak, cant go le...need rest...familiar feeling after soc lol...i want my 8min30sec soc timing !!!
