screwed so screwed ..down to two major objectives now and i must make it ..those two are quite important to me now ..one to satisfy the boss and the other to fulfill a need and toprevent criticism ..what a world, i have to do things to satisfy others and protect myself ..really wish to end the game actually ..would be wearing the camou soon,just a matter of when ..wish then, i would be able to get into the unit i want ..anyway, would most likely be out with addison tomorrow already ..gonna do job hunting again ..matt's place is hiring people, 5 an hour, quite ok le ..i realise i am usually only motivated when i find a challenge in that thing i am doing ..if not i'll be quite slack ..same as when i first became the studio manager for the band ..couldn't find a reason to do what i was supposed to do ..after a while, i think someone must have spoken to the com ..then i realised that my job allowed me to do what no other departments can ..and the changes my department makes, are very visual ..in other words it would be recognised if the change isbig enough and for good reasons ..at that time i enter the NYP band saw the state their room was in,and as like, thank God that SWO's room ain't like that ..saw the fact that we could be like them and so, worked ..those two reasons cranked my engines ..now the new challenge would be to maintain whats doneand fix whats not done ..of cause i still need reminders as i am still not there yet ..lets just say i am not matured enough to take my job that seriously ..kk, shall end here, shall try to sleep already
