today was fun haha, work was fun ahahha ..danny's in malaysia and kat was off duty today, so lini took the whole day ..totally slack la, only lini, eliza, grace and me ..anyway, the tub of Brandied Cherry was like too little left even for a junior scoop ..so lini just keyed it as excess into the com, than the four of us finished the rest in the kitchen AHHAHA ..took out mango and macadamia flavor to replace the BC and another flavor ..mango tasted horrible, dun try, the macadamia was ok, nice enough ..yeah ahahha, and i tasted yet another dish today hahaha ..okie, it was like the 1st or 2nd time i ever made a chocolate temptation la ..what happened was, a customer came, ordered the chocolate temptation ..then she came back after it was done and said that she ordered wrongly ..that what she wanted was actually the chocolate waffle ..i was like WHAT ??? so sad la ..that was the best chocolate temptation i ever made k, looked like those in the pics ..lini and grace was like, beautiful, than eliza was like ahh, so tempting hahah ..and when i delivered it, the girl's friends couldn't take their eyes off it till it finally stopped moving and i spoke to them ..so proud of it la, my best ever made k, only mistake was that i gave 2 fan cones hehe ..ya, if not it was totally perfect ..so ok, she was some where else and after awhile seeing that no one touched it,i asked her friends if they would like me to keep it in the freezer first ..and so i did, and when she came back, she said that ..lini was like ok, change loh, your take it and have it at the back :) eliza was like, REALLY ??? hahaha, i had the same expression ahahh ..grace, eliza and me immediately rushed to the kitchen and dug in ..eh wait, actually, its my first chocolate temptation, the first order i received, danny did it, he was showing me how to do it ..seriously it tasted damn good hahahah, not boasting,anyway, the ingredients are not made by me, but it tasted good la ..than Bela, the suntec city outlet manager came over to say hi after her work ..so she ordered a chocolate waffle for herself and her friend ..so i just went over to the waffle station, scooped a huge amount of chocolate chips and showed her with that "ok" sign ..her smile was from ear to ear hahah, sprinkled it in, dumped a little more ..own people just give a bit more hahah ..heehee, still cant get over the chocolate temptation ahhaha ..oh and there were quite a few orders for the hot fudge sunday today ..like about 6 plus like that, usually its like 1 a day or none at all ..so there was this elderly couple, they seemed like the english educated kind ..the way they carried themselves off were as though they were from the upper class ..yet they were still very polite, its nice serving the elderly ..anyway the ordered 2 HFS, and you can choose wad ice cream you want ..so one was Cookies & Cream ( CC ), the other was Wild Straw Berry ( WS ) i think ..anyway what happens is that after dumping the ice cream, you needa use whip cream and go round it from bottom to top till u cant see it ..than crushed cone, chocolate syrup, cherry, fan cone ..so i completed both, and i was about to serve it when i realised something ..which HFS is which order? i cant tell the ice cream cause it was totally hidden ..so was like, lini lini, eh how ah, i cant tell which is which ice cream hahahahha ..lini took a look at one of them, turn turn turn, than went, this is CC hahah ..quite funny la, i quite blur de hahahah ..but yeah, my HFS look pretty beautiful too ahah, grace have been praising them ..and my waffles look better too, the presentation hahaha ..oh but there's the occasional problem where the whip cream is almost finished ..so what would happen is that when it come out, its quite watery instead of like foam like that, so it looks, flat and yucky ahhaha ..wa learn to do alot of things since i started working la ..things that i have not done since like pri 6 sec 1 ? things like, sweeping / mopping / vaccuming the floor ..clearing the rubbish, clearing the tables, washing the dishes ..hahah, alot of things la, pretty useful if i wanna stay on my own next time ..oh yeah, drainage got problem, smells like shit can, as in shit, human waste ..been like that since my first day of work hahah ..the drain runs from the kitchen basin to the fridge drainage system (under the waffle machines ) to under the ice cream area ..and that area just stinks of shit, drain stuck i think ..cause all the basins take a super long time to drain or remain stagnant ..and ya, the entire row of fridge stinks la ..danny's searching for people who could do the job, clean it up ..think i shall ask thomas tomorrow if he comes, danny was asking if we had lobang ..needa compare quotations and stuff ..okok, its already 01:26, gotta sleep le ..band tomorrow, so nights guys ..
