hmmm, i wonder what does it take to be a boss, a leader, besides what they call "natural born leader"i'll be taking over the com, i am sure of that. martin has the other com, marcus ain't gonna helm any of the coms.dad would prepare something for vanessa plus she has us.being our sister, we'll protect her. that includes taking care of her.so yeah, needed learn what are the qualities of being a good boss.it never really occurred to me that being in the comittee would / might teach me a thing or 2 about being a leader one way or another.so i guess i'll figure it out, give it some thought during work tomorrow.think about how i can sap the best out of it.and i guess that i should up my efforts in changing myself.i realise i have been heaeding in the wrong direction.i had decided to change, to so called please others.there's not say wrong in most ways but there's a catch.no matter how one changes, one cant please all who knows him or her.so to hell with trying to please others. i shall change for the better, so that i'll be a better person.hack the results if a few cant stand me or something.changing to please the world would end up futile, not to mention, an endless process.i roughly know what i wanna change about myself. just gotta think how to go about doing it. think i shall start basic first.there's this particular one hahaha. if i get myself to a level of easy going.i would consider that a good start. then i shall venture further after that.wondering where would one be able to buy 10,000 sq ft of land in singapore.just get the land, and whatever sits on it, demolish them, build a house on it.maybe say 2500 to 3000 sq ft of build up area out of the 10,000.maybe a 3 story house? 3rd level would be the room.was thinking the entire 3rd level for the masterbed room, toilet attached.skip the balcony, say, full height glass for the wall overlooking the garden?or maybe nature if there is, like a forest or something.2nd level would be the living room and stuff, no toilet.1st floor, it would be open, totally open. meaning no walls.just the supporting pillars and beams like those colonial houses.1/4 to 1/2 of it would be for the cars. the rest of the space, the one adjacent to the garden.would have a parapet, maybe a meter tall. a wet and dry kitchen.a wooden table attached to the parapet that could sit quite a few.and for this section of the 1st level, it would be slightly raised.say about 1 ft / 30cm. tiles would be used, strictly no gaps.cause stuff like centipides could get in and just crawl out onto your foot.in the center of the garden there would be a water feature. a circular one.like those one would find anywhere in europe. those with the statue of an angel or something in the center of a bowl.but i hate bowls, so yeah, the basin would be a simple tube.for the stairs, i do not know how to describe. so yeah.i dun like the idea of having swing open windows. seems pretty common and old fashion. yet there is a need for one that can open.you, sometimes a guest farts and you needa ventilate the place.maybe use sliding windows. either this glass panels slide into the walls.or they slide down, like the ones they use to chop off people's heads in the pass.oh, the panel that moves would be on the exterior of the building.so some kid cant chop of another kid's fingers in the room.glass shattering ? solid tempered glass, with spring like things at the bottom of the frames.works like the works installed at the bottom of lift shafts in case the cable snaps.for may room, heehee, its gonna be quite a room.as usual, my dream of having a sun roof installed.gonna smart glass technology ahhaha, plus some ceramic laminations.and when its night time, when polarization is minimal.you would be able to check out the night sky. have my roof slightly tilted though.would have those kinda wooden poles sticking out between the third and second level. hang some cripplers. let them dangle from near the end of the poles which aresay between 1 to 2 ft out ? that would provide some shade from the sun at an angle.for the second level, those full height glass windows.people wouldn't have to look up and say arghhh when they are seated on the floor.those flowering ones would be nice, a mixture of colors.something interesting, add a little bit of colors to the housecause i know my house would be quite plain and simple in interior decor.if heike is the wife than i think she'll say, let her do the decor.she's alot more colorful than me hahaha.oh, how can i forget !! i would get the say, 100" screen hehe.install a Bose home theater system on the second level. maybe just a good enough sound system in my room.i dont think there'll be a TV in my room. i watch tv like once every 3 weeks now.in the past it was once in a month or more hahah. but its gonna remain as that, not much change.lightings for my room, hmm let me see.two above the bed, cant describe what kind of design.maybe a light build into the wall, at the base, enough to illuminate the entire floor area at night without waking upwhoever is sleeping on the bed. you dun wanna visit the loo and wake the whole world up.the flush? no problem, got that hahah, actually no.i am sure there'll be quieter toilet systems by then.ultra heavy doors, maybe blast doors. dun wan any noise to get in or out.for myself, a work station, including the com area for her as well.no prob sharing the area with the girl. for her.she could turn the entire rest of the avaliable space into a doll house.i don't mind, as long as it's kept neat. and it doesn't get in my way.thats it for now. go to go.
